"We have lived in Idaho for 3 summers now. We have tried 4 different "big name" lawn services in town. One year we dedicated the whole year to their business because they kept telling us "it just takes time." That "our lawn was just thin and dies easily." Well almost $1000 later, our lawn was still thin and still very brown in certain areas. We tried Weed Man because of a coupon they left on our door at the beginning of Spring. After 2 weeks we already saw a difference in the blotchiness. So, we kept going. We ordered a Spring Aeration and once again it made a world of difference. Months went by and it was great. Then we started to see large brown spots and the grass was no longer bright green. (The company the year before insisted that is just what is going to happen through the summer!) We asked for a technician to come out and take a look to see what we could do. The man that came out and a young man he was training were EXTREMELY helpful. They gave me solutions. And multiply things to specifically do. THEY KNOW LAWNS! Even the young man in training was extremely knowledgeable about solutions for the concerns I had! They aren't just there for a summer job. They were passionate about what they did. And when they did have to sell me a treatment to take care of a big problem, they gave me a coupon for it. (Which was great because it seems like businesses only give out coupons to GET your business, not once they already have it.) Since this is an honest review, there have been times that they have said they were coming out, but never showed. But I understand they are humans. And they ALWAYS were overly willing to fix any mistake they made. Some of the young men who came to treat or check my yard weren't as knowledgeable in certain areas, but they always directed me to someone who could answer my questions. Their customer service gal, April I believe, is extremely polite and helpful. We signed up for their flowerbed treatment and are already seeing results. Last night my husband mowed after a week of vacation... and we were so excited to see how full and green our grass was. We live on an acre and have 3 boys and a dog. So, we are outside a lot. I love that my kids can run bare feet, we can enjoy our backyard, and that I FINALLY found a company who is in it to do the work promised. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know. My only complaint is that they don't offer more services. (Snow removal, post winter clean-up, sprinkler adjusting, etc.) With employees like this, I would hire them to clean my house if they offered it!! "
